I saw this on Stuart Weitzman’s Facebook page and had to post because I derive so much happiness from shoe shopping. It’s true that money can’t buy happiness but it can buy shoes and isn’t that pretty much the same thing.
When I came across this quote posted in the Brooklyn Museum’s Killer Heels exhibit I was completely spellbound. In one sentence, Roger Vivier captured how I felt about shoes and frankly why so many little girls fall in love with the story of Cinderella and her glass slipper. No need to say more. The quote speaks for itself. Hope you are beginning to make your dreams a reality even if its just the dream of a new pair of shoes.
