It’s no secret that I love special and unique shoes particularly if they are done in an exotic skin. Exotics are my cryptonite. But every woman needs a basic pump in her life and I am no different. Over the years my ideal basic pump has evolved and shifted. For a long time it was the Jimmy Choo Abel. Then it was Louboutin’s Decollete. Now it is Gianvito Rossi’s Pitone pump.
The release of Dior’s Dioressence pump last week got me thinking that I may be adding another to my roster. I am still in love with my Gianvito Rossi Pitones. But, it is nice to have some variety and the Dioressence with its sexy curved heel just might be what I am looking for. It doesn’t hurt that comes in some of my favorite colors of the rainbow.
So I know that it is cold outside and I should totally post a practical pair of boots for Wishlist Wednesday. But, I have never been the practical type so I am posting what I love instead. I finally got a pair of Valentino rockstuds which I love and are as comfortable as everyone says they would be. I even Kondo’d my closet (which I am now affectionately calling the “Great Purge”). I even donated and sold a number of shoes. Continue reading
